 | Eye Health NW: This project was a design build that involved the installation of electrical distribution, generator, and auto transfer switches, emergency and critical care panels, for a type 2 medical facility. Branch power, branch lighting, critical care, and emergency care branch lighting, and power, were installed in operating, recovery, exam, treatment, x-ray, office and waiting areas as required by code.  | VA ECU: This project was comprised of demolition and remodel of and existing ECU TYPE 1 Medical facility, that was approximately 7000 sq. ft. This project involved the installation of normal, emergency, critical care and life safety branch power and lighting, in operating rooms, treatment rooms, exam rooms, recovery, and offices. $37k

 | Vancouver Radiology Center: This project involved the renovation 2000 sq. ft. of clinic space to accommodate two new MRI imaging machines. As part of this project we are renovating the waiting areas for this facility as well with new branch light, and power. Conduit Electric installed the electrical facilities to power these $500k MRI imaging machines ahead of schedule with in budget. $24K |

 | Thoreson Pet Clinic: This project is a full service veterinary clinic that comprises operating, recovery, treatment, x-ray, and exam rooms. Installation of a 400amp electrical distribution, branch power, branch lighting, mechanical equipment electrical connections, voice, data, security, fire alarm system. It also feature’s automated boarding kennels. 4000 Sq. Ft. $60k |

 | VA Transplant Lodger: This project involves tearing down 16,650 square feet of existing barracks and building a new 23,245 short stay residential facility for up to 30 veterans awaiting organ transplant surgery. Each unit is fully furnished with a private bath, bedroom and built-in cabinetry. In addition this facility contains 3 common area living rooms with fireplaces, dining rooms and kitchens. The East wing of the building houses administrative and medical offices as well as laboratory services. This is a ground-up medical facility that will have a 12,500v/480v primary loop system, with 750kva transformer feeding a 1200amp distribution system. We will be install branch power, lighting, mechanical connections, fire alarm, security, voice and data. Project value: $700K |
